Todd Gordinier

Todd Gordinier is a Partner at Gordinier Kang & Kim. His 40-year legal practice has been concentrated on complex commercial litigation. He has managed securities claims (individual and class), consumer class actions of various types (under California, federal and New York Law), as well as real estate disputes on behalf of both lenders and borrowers, commercial disputes, proxy and M&A litigation (in Delaware, California and New York), and professional liability claims against both attorneys and accountants. Todd has been involved in a number of significant trials and arbitrations, including two successful jury trials involving federal class action securities claims. Todd has argued a number of significant appellate matters in the Ninth Circuit, the California Supreme Court and California appellate courts. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and specifically singled out as one of the best in Orange County for securities litigation.

His clients have included Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, Ernst & Young, Price Waterhouse Coopers, KPMG, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, BNY Capital Markets, and OmniNet.

Todd has served in senior management at national and international firms, has authored a chapter in a book addressing problems in structuring settlement of civil litigation that concerns California in particular, and is active in local charitable causes.
